Ten delegates from Tokyu Corporation visited Tonomachi in fine weather to attend a presentation on the development concepts behind Tonomachi Zone A from Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd.
The explanatory presentation on Tonomachi Zone A was given by Mr. Takeda, a manager from Daiwa House's Construction Business, in the meeting room of the Kawasaki King Skyfront Management Center on the first floor of RGBT2. Afterward, the delegation moved to the Keio University seminar room on the fourth floor where the administrative director Mr. Suzuki gave an insightful presentation on the Tonomachi Town Campus, including inside stories on how efficient and effective campus management has become possible compared to when based in LiSE (Life, Science & Environment Research Center), and the fact that despite its name, the RGBT2 building was completed before RGBT1.
Next, the delegation proceeded to the North Terrace of RGBT2 from where they could view the nearby Tonomachi Daini Park and the construction work currently taking place on RGBT3.
At this juncture, everyone listened intently to Mr. Takebayashi, an executive officer at Daiwa House, who gave an explanation on the relationship between RGBT3, Tonomachi Daini Park, and Tonomachi Zone A, as well as other related matters.
The anticipation with regard to further development of Tonomachi Zone A in the future with the completion of the new RGBT3 could be felt by all present.
